Frequently Asked Questions
How does online check-in work?
A few days before your arrival, you can conveniently enter guest information from your desktop, smartphone, or tablet, without the need to check in at the reception desk at a specific time.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are cash, bank transfer, and credit card (excluding American Express).
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes, the tourist tax is 1 euro per person per day, excluding children under the age of 12.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
The minimum length of stay is 4 nights.
Can I request high chairs and/or cribs?
Certainly, at no additional cost! At Homingarda, children are always welcome!
What are the pool hours?
The pool is open every day from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, it is possible, but only upon prior request via email. An additional charge will be applied for apartment disinfection, and a sofa cover will be provided.
Do I need to bring my own bed sheets and towels?
No, at Homingarda you will find ready-made beds and towels in place.
Are pool towels included?
No, beach towels are not provided.
Is parking included?
Certainly! Each apartment has a parking space within our courtyard. Additionally, for a small surcharge and depending on availability, we have a few spaces in the garage.
Can electric cars be charged?
Certainly. We have TWO charging stations in the garden and one in the garage, each with a capacity of 7 kWh.
Is there a coffee machine?
Of course! All our apartments are equipped with a Nespresso machine, an Italian Moka pot, and a drip coffee maker.
Is there a dishwasher?
Certainly, otherwise, what kind of vacation would it be?
